We also offer digital mental health support via our mobile app, HEAL—a trauma-informed wellbeing companion that provides self-help tools, journaling, and access to virtual therapy sessions.

  • Information you voluntarily provide through intake forms, journal entries (HEAL), messages, or during sessions

  • Payment information processed through Stripe or Halaxy (no card data is stored directly by us)

  • Usage data collected through our website and HEAL app (e.g. app interactions, feature use)

If you engage in virtual therapy sessions, relevant clinical notes and client data are stored securely in Halaxy, our clinical management platform.

We collect information when you:

  • Subscribe to mailing lists or use the HEAL app

  • Book or attend a virtual or in-person session

  • Submit an enquiry via our website or email

  • Use features in the app such as the journal or chatbot

  • Participate in group supervision or training

  • Communicate with you about updates (via MailerLite)

  • Meet our legal and professional obligations (including recordkeeping)

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use MailerLite, a third-party email marketing platform, to manage:

  • Waitlist communications and launch updates for the HEAL app

  • General newsletter communications and wellbeing resources

By submitting your email to a waitlist or newsletter sign-up form, you consent to receive occasional updates from us. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email. MailerLite data is encrypted and stored in secure servers that comply with GDPR and international data protection standards.

5. Storage and Security of Data
  • All data from the HEAL app is securely stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) servers located in Australia.

  • Therapy records and client management information are stored in Halaxy, which complies with Australian data protection laws.

  • Payment processing is securely managed through Stripe or Halaxy, which adheres to PCI-DSS standards.

  • Admins can view journal entries and chatbot activity within the HEAL admin panel to ensure clinical safety and service improvement.

  • We implement strong security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, misuse, or loss.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal information

  • Request corrections or deletions

  • Withdraw consent (where applicable)

  • Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe your data has been mishandled

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on our website and/or in the HEAL app.
