Clinical Supervision

Individual Supervision

I provide individual clinical supervision for social workers (AASW), counsellors (ACA), and other professionals seeking reflective, ethical, and strengths-based supervision.

My supervision style is collaborative and trauma-informed, offering a safe space to reflect on practice, navigate complex client presentations, manage ethical dilemmas, and explore professional growth. I aim to support your confidence, clarity, and wellbeing as a practitioner.

I hold a Certificate of Attainment in Individual and Group Supervision, and bring many years of experience alongside formal qualifications including:

  • Master of Social Work

  • Bachelor of Psychological Science

  • PhD Candidate (Social Work & Indigenous Studies Focus)

My integrative approach draws on:

  • ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)

  • DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy)

  • CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy)

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing)

  • Mindfulness-based practice

Group Supervision

I offer group supervision and reflective practice sessions for teams and support workers across the community services sector, including:

  • Multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and counsellors

  • NDIS/disability support

  • Youth work

  • Mental health services

  • Family and domestic violence services

  • AOD and homelessness support

These group sessions provide space for staff to debrief, manage stress, reflect on values, and strengthen team cohesion. They’re especially valuable in high-stress or high-burnout environments where emotional load and complex client needs are ongoing.

Sessions can focus on:

  • Navigating burnout and vicarious trauma

  • Team communication and resilience

  • Reflecting on client work and boundaries

  • Trauma-informed and person-centred practice

Sessions are tailored to your team's needs.

Let’s connect to discuss how I can support you and your team’s wellbeing and professional growth.
